Sire at NAMM 2025: Not Just Another Show; It’s Marcus Miller & Larry Carlton Empowering the Community through their Music and Sire
Joy was multiplied this year as Larry Carlton and Marcus Miller were both present in our booth at the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Show 2025! We had a blast showcasing not only our new sets of instruments but also the talents of various great artists and musicians who mingled with us last January 21 to 25 at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.
It is not everyday that we see these two legends, Larry and Marcus, not only performing but most importantly empowering the musicians for three consecutive days. That’s why most of the participants and music enthusiasts dropped by our booth so they wouldn’t miss the jamming and mentoring thereat, not to mention the display of our current and new 2025 electric, bass, and acoustic guitar models. Watch the recap of the happenings at our booth during the NAMM show:
The 2025 Sire Marcus Miller Basses
“Lightweight” is one of the highlighted features in the 2025 lineup of Sire bass models. In this light, we introduce the new Sire V6, P6, and M6 headless basses. The Sire 6-series is distinguished as basses weighing under 8 lbs. only based on the 4-string variant. Coming from their original series family, V, P, and M, V6 possesses the classic Jazz bass sound identity available in 4 and 5-string variants, the new P6 has that PJ style tone available in 4 and 5-string variants, while the M6 has the modern characteristics suited for young and adventurous players, available in 4,5, and 6-string variants. These models will be available by the third quarter of this year.

The 2025 Sire Larry Carlton Guitars
This year, we launched 2 new electric guitar series, the Y and Q, and added lots of new model variants to X series (headless), I5 series (previous name of the first variant was L5, now called I5L), S series, A3 and A4 series (the acoustic guitars), and NEW GEN versions of some in the S, T, and L series. Let’s talk about them one by one. The new Y series is built for rock enthusiasts, what’s more interesting about this model aesthetically is that it’s available in sparkling colors. Y5 is the front runner variant and Y10 is the higher variant in the series. The new Q series, on the other hand, is all about its lightness yet it is meant for heavy playing. Players will love the playability of the new Y3 and Y7, available in stylish colors, too. Then, the addition to the X series is quite interesting as well. The X6 is the new headless electric guitar of Sire. Available in 6 and 7-string, it is designed to be lightweight, powerful, and built for modern playing. The L5 model that was released last year has been renamed as I5L, which has the lipstick pickups in SSS configuration, then, there are variants alongside this series according to the sound they produce and music style they’re for, they are: I5H features two humbucker pickups; I5T features a T-style body with P90 pickups, and the I5S has the HSS pickup configuration. The S5 has an added HSS variant released also this year. The A3 and A4 Sire acoustic guitars have been added with a Parlor-shaped variant. Then lastly, some of the models in the S, T, and L series now have NEW GEN variations. These guitars have been upgraded with significant features to ensure superior performance and stretch to its life span, enhanced components featuring the newly tuned Sire Larry Carlton pickup set for refined tonal versatility, stainless frets, some more neck features, robust ports, and new trendy colors to make the playing experience even more exceptional this time.
